The Specifications Book, commonly called the Master Specs, was first issued in 1989. The Specifications are revised and updated annually usually at the beginning of the fiscal year, April Month. The current edition is dated July 2003. Note: Revisions to these documents have been issued dated April 2004. The version displayed on this site has not been updated at this time. We hope to have the current version available at this site in the near future.
This comprises the written specifications that apply to underground water and sewer work, sewage lift stations, municipal roads, curb, sidewalks and storm sewers.
